News 1 - Shekhar Kapur to head the jury and Anil Kapoor will be the chief guest at IFFI 2015
Anil Kapoor will be the chief guest of the 46th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) that was held in Goa. Eminent Director Shekhar Kapur was selected as the head of the jury. The Man Who Knew Infinity, a British film on the Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan's life, will open the 46th International Film Festival of India.
News 2 - Indian-origin barrister Kalyani Kaul sworn-in as the Circuit Judge in United Kingdom
Ms. Kalyani Kaul, a prominent Indian origin lawyer in the UK, was sworn-in as a Circuit Judge. Her new office is the Snaresbrook Crown Court with immediate effect. She is 54-year-old and is popular for her extensive and wide ranging experience in heavy-weight criminal defense work.
News 3 - Prithvi Raj Singh elected to the Board of Governors of World Water Council
Mr. Prithvi Raj Singh of Jal Bhagirathi Foundation was elected to the Board of Governors of World Water Council (WWC) for the tenure of 2016-18. The elections took place during the 7th General Assembly of WWC Members held in Marseille, France.

Tata Motors has roped in famous Football star Lionel Messi as their global brand ambassador for its passenger vehicles. The initial contract is for 2 years, it can be extended afterwards. The theme of their first campaign starring Messi is “Made of Great”.
News 5 - Ratan Tata invests in Singapore’s data start-up
Tata Sons Chairman Emeritus Ratan Tata has invested an unspecified amount in Crayon Data, a Singapore-based startup. Crayon’s flagship product ‘Maya’ is a personalization engine that empowers enterprises to deliver ultra-personalized choices to their consumers.
News 6 - Dhoni becomes brand ambassador for a Dubai-based company
Mahendra Singh Dhoni has bagged his first endorsement deal outside the country, signing up to be the brand ambassador of Dubai-based hospitality and event management company, Grand Midwest Group for three years. The group’s event management arm — GM Sports — was recently in the news for announcing the launch of a Twenty20 international cricket tournament called the Masters Champions League (MCL), which is scheduled to be played starting the end of January 2016.
