News 1 - Australia’s Sarah Coyte announced retirement
Australian Women Cricketer Sarah Coyte has announced her retirement from all forms of the game at the age of 25 years to focus on her health. Coyte has fought a four-year battle against anorexia nervosa.
She played four Tests for Australia, along with 30 one-day internationals and 47 T20s. She was also a part of Australia's 2014 World T20-winning squad. She also played for the South Australia and Adelaide Strikers.
News 2 - Reliance Capital’s CEO Sam Ghosh announced to quit
Reliance Capital’s CEO Sam Ghosh announced to quit the company on 31 March. Mr. Ghosh worked for nine years in the company since he joined it in 2008 as group Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Capital, while he was elevated to the board in May 2015.
Prior to joining Reliance Capital, Ghosh was the Regional CEO of Middle East and India Sub Continent region of Allianz, a German insurance company.
News 3 - Joanna Rowsell Shand retires
Double Olympic Gold Medallist Joanna Rowsell Shand announced retirement from professional cycling. She joined British Cycling's Talent Team programme in 2004. She won the gold medal in London 2012 and at Rio 2016.
Shand also won four European gold medals and individual pursuit gold at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
In a career spanning 10 years, Rowsell Shand was a five-time world and four-time European champion.
News 4 - Shaun Tait announced Retirement from all forms of Cricket
Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Tait last played for Australia in January 2016.
The Adelaide-born cricketer had received a national call-up after five years when he played the T20 International against India at Sydney early last year. He ended up playing only three Tests in his 15-year career, besides featuring in 35 ODIs and 12 T20 Internationals. He was an integral part of Australia's victorious campaign in the 2007 World Cup in the West Indies.
