Are there any Male animals which become pregnant?
There are many wonderful things in God's creation. One of them is giving birth to their offspring. This is predominantly a privilege to the female gender of any species. But there are one species on earth, where the males give birth to their offsprings.
The Syngnathidae family of fish which include Male seahorses, pipefish, and sea dragons are the ones who get pregnant and give birth to their young ones. There is a wonderful arrangement for the seahorses, males have a pocket on the front of their bodies called the brood pouch. The females drop their eggs into this pouch, where the male fertilizes them and carries them until they hatch. When they are ready to be born, the male seahorses expels the young ones with muscular contractions.
