9 Healthy Apple Recipes (Including Dessert!)

Apple pieces, apple sauce, eggs, oats gluten-free, Milk, Maple syrup, Vanilla extract, and baking powder. Spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, Olive oil, butter, or vegan butter.

Procedure

Blender the mixture until smooth. Put coconut oil or olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Now cook the pancakes, adding the batter gradually to the pan. Add 1/3 cup at a time. Cook for 3 minutes until brown with edges bubbling. Turn it. Cook again for 2 minutes. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup topping and sauteed cinnamon apples.

4. Apple Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

Wet ingredients consist of zucchini, eggs, unsweetened applesauce, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, virgin coconut oil, or melted butter.

5 Caramel Apple Jam

Ingredients

Peeled and chopped apples, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, butter flavoring, Water, and cans with lids and rings.

Procedure

Boil the apples along with butter and water in a pot. Reduce heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until the apples are soft. Now mix the pectin powder, butter flavoring, brown sugar, and white sugar. Keep stirring as it boils. Let it cook at a boil without stirring for 2 minutes.

Sterilize cans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Put the jam in the cans. Leave a little space at the top. Use a spatula to remove air bubbles from inside the jars. Clean the rims with a moist paper towel. Put the lids and rings securely in place.

Take a large pot with a rack at the bottom, half-filled with water. As the water boils, lower the jars with a holder. Let the jars be covered in boiling water. Cover the pot and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Procedure

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the butter with apple juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook and stir until boiling. Remove and mix the vanilla.

Break up the crescent rolls. Arrange the triangles of dough. Cut apples into 8 wedges. Roll up each triangle with a piece of apple.

Place the dumplings in the greased pan and pour the mixture on and around. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for a while before serving.

7. Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients required are peeled/sliced apples, eggs, unsalted butter, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, preferred spices, and salt. Further, sugar and brown sugar, cubed bread, whipped cream, and caramel sauce.

Procedure

In an oven preheated to 350F/180C, grease a baking pan with butter.

Mix the apple pieces and lemon juice in a bowl.

Take another bowl and blend the eggs with vanilla, cinnamon, spices, salt, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the bread cubes and thoroughly coat them. Add the apples now.

Pour the mix into the baking pan evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours with a plastic cover.

At serving time, take the baking pan from the fridge, remove the plastic, and bake until golden brown on top, maybe 30 minutes. Allow 20 minutes to cool and serve with caramel sauce, whipped cream, or ice cream.

8. Spicy Apple Cider

Ingredients

Apple, apple juice, orange, nutmeg, preferred spices, vanilla extract, rum, cloves, cinnamon sticks, brown sugar.

Procedure

In a pot over medium heat, mix the apple juice and orange slices, spices, vanilla, and rum.

Insert cloves in the apples and add them with brown sugar to the pot.

Allow it to simmer well. Add the cinnamon sticks 10 minutes before serving. Strain into cups and serve.

9. Apple Pie

It takes a while but is super.

Ingredients

Pie crust, thinly sliced and peeled apples, brown sugar, sugar, flour, cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, ice cream, or whipped cream for serving.

Procedure

Keep the oven preheated at 375F/190C.

Arrange the pie dough in the pie pan.

Place apple slices in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the cream with sugar, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples. Place the apples over the pie shell.

Prepare the topping by combining butter and flour, sugar, and salt with preferred nuts. Pour the topping on the apples.
