Denis Barnard has been a recognised specialist in the HR & payroll software arena for over 25 years.

From corporate life he went independent in 2000, co-founding the niche HRmeansbusiness consultancy, and later the HRcomparison website.

This year (2023) he published “Mission: HR” to give clarity to his view of the purpose of HR.

His private consultancy practice GreenRiver Technology World Ltd has a global client list and includes activities such as producing collateral for HR and payroll professionals and students. GreenRiver TW Ltd is also involved with side ventures such as the HRSoftwareFinder project.
