b)120000

$120000 = 12 \times 10000 = 1.2 \times 100000 = 1.2 \times 10^5$

Therefore, the standard form of 120000 is $1.2 \times 10^5$. 

c)7390000

$7390000 = 739 \times 10000 = 7.39 \times 1000000 = 7.39 \times 10^6$

Therefore, the standard form of 7390000 is $7.39 \times 10^6$.
