Why integers are called integers?
An Integer is a Latin word meaning "whole". It is a number that can be written without a fractional component.
- It includes negative numbers (-1, -2, -3, -4, ………)
- It includes positive numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ………)
- It includes Zero also.
- But decimal number and fraction are not included in integers.
