What is the reason that earth rotates around the sun and the sun becomes orange when the time is 5 o'clock.

When the sun is low in the sky, the sunlight has to encounter more air particles. So the maximum blue light scattered away, leaving behind the red light. That red light, since there is no scattering, falls directly into the eye. Therefore at that time sun looks red in color.
