Show the direction of current and electrons with suitable schematic diagram?
Batteries or cells are often used as a source of electric current. They have a positive terminal, marked by a $'+'$ symbol, and a negative terminal $'-'$. The negative terminal has a surplus of electrons, giving it a net negative charge, therefore these electrons flow from the negative terminal to the positive terminal when there is a conductive path connecting them. The direction of conventional current is just opposite to this, which is it moves from the positive terminal to the negative terminal, as shown in the figure given below.
