As given number$=\sqrt{7.28}$.

$7.28$ is approximately equal to $7.30$.

1. Draw a line $AB=7.3\ units$.

2. Draw the bisector of $AB$, which bisects $AB$ at $O$.

3. Take $O$ as centre with radius $OA$, draw a semi circle which intersects $AB$ at $C$.

4. Draw a perpendicular at point $B$, which intersects the semi circle at point $D$.



 5. Take point $B$, as center with radius $BD$, draw an arc which intersects line $AB$ at point $E$.

Thus, $BE=\sqrt{7.30}$.
