Solution:

There will be infinite rational numbers between any two numbers.

We can write 5 rational numbers between 1 and 2 like this 

Multiply by $\frac{6}{6}$ to both 1 and 2

$1\times\frac{6}{6}$ and $2 \times \frac{6}{6}$

So, 1 and 2 are$\frac{6}{6}$ and $\frac{12}{6}$

1 $\frac{1}{6}$, 1 $\frac{2}{6}$, 1 $\frac{3}{6}$, 1 $\frac{4}{6}$, 1 $\frac{5}{6}$  or

$\frac{7}{6}$, $\frac{8}{6}$ , $\frac{9}{6}$, $\frac{10}{6}$, $\frac{11}{6}$

We can write any number of sets of five rational numbers between 1 and 2 as there are infinite number of rational numbers between 1 and 2.
