jQuery Mobile - Slider Fieldcontain

Adding ui-field-contain class to the div will ensure that the form will be rendered responsively.

Following example demonstrates the use of fieldcontain in jQuery Mobile.

<!DOCTYPE html>
      <title>Slider Fieldcontain</title>
      <meta name = "viewport" content = "width = device-width, initial-scale = 1">
      <link rel = "stylesheet" href = "https://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.4.5/jquery.mobile-1.4.5.min.css">
      <script src = "https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.3.min.js"></script>
      <script src = "https://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.4.5/jquery.mobile-1.4.5.min.js"></script>

         <div class = "ui-field-contain">
            <label for = "slider1">Slider:</label>
            <input type = "range" name = "slider1" id = "slider1" min = "0" max = "100"
