jQuery Mobile - Data Placeholder Selectmenu


Placeholder specifies a short hint that describes the expected value. Add attribute data-placeholder = "true" in the option element to specify a small hint.


Following example demonstrates the use of data placeholder in select menu in the jQuery Mobile.
