Let us carry out the following steps to see how the above given code works −

  • Save the above given HTML code as form_element_labels_inputs.html file in your server root folder.

  • Open this HTML file as http://localhost/form_element_labels_inputs.html and the output is displayed as shown below.

  • The user can enter the details in the form layout, which labels along with the input fields.

  • The user can select any one of the two options for gender. The values can be set for birth date and date time by clicking on the arrows and can can use a switch to toggle to on and off.
