Figure shows a man with a parachute. Name the force which is responsible for his downward motion. Will he come down with the same speed without the parachute?
The gravitational force of the earth is responsible for the downward motion of the parachute that attracts objects. If the man comes down without a parachute then the speed will not be the same as the air friction will be very less which will cause the speed of the man to become very high.
