Error while calling Web Service using SRT_UTIL Transaction

This error can come due to multiple reasons. One of possible cause could be that your structure name is 30 characters and it is translated to 26 chars in WSDL.

I would suggest changing structure name to 10 characters and it may resolve your issue. Below shows Web Service Utilities:
