With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, and IT sectors, I am an expert in leadership, project and project portfolio management, as well as agile approaches. I was in charge of over 165 consulting and development projects for startups, businesses and corporations.

I created and implemented a solution for managing Poland's portfolio of preparations for EURO 2012. A PPM-class system managed 700+ projects worth $33 billion and was available to over 120 shareholders from various organisations and institutions.

I offer leadership and coaching training, traditional and agile project management, interpersonal communication, and personal motivation and skill development in the form of seminars, workshops, training sessions, and incentive meetings. Along with project management, I also work as an agile coach and scrum master.

I have given over 21,000 hours of training and spoken at over 150 industry conferences. I have written more than 100 papers in industry journals on teamwork, motivation, agility and project management.
