1. When we lift our arms out to the side - Deltoid - all fibres and supraspinatus 2. When we lower our arms to our side - Pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi 3. When we lift our arms in front of itself - Pectoralis major, and anterior fibres of the deltoid. 4. When we bend our elbow - Biceps brachii 5. When we straighten our elbow - Triceps brachii
