Solution:

Two parallel lines are being intersected by a transversal

The two angles $3x + 10$ and $4x - 10$ are corresponding angles

So $3x + 10 = 4x - 10$ (Corresponding angles)

=> $4x - 3x = 10 + 10 = 20$

=> $x = 20$*
