How oxygen present in the air is replaced?

Oxygen is replaced in the atmosphere by the plants when they prepare their food through a process called photosynthesis whereas all the living beings absorb the same Oxygen and breath out Carbon Dioxide which is absorbed by the plants.

This way, Plants and Living beings are very much dependent on each other for survival and we should take care of planting as many plants as possible to maintain a good quality of Oxygen.
