HTML Tag

The applet tag in HTML is used to set a Java applet on an HTML web page.

Note: The applet tag deprecated in HTML5. Suggested use of <object> or <embed> element. Following are the attributes−

Amount of white space to be inserted above and below the object.

Width to display the applet.
