First, click on an empty cell where you want to move data, in this case, cell C2, and enter the formula as =CONCATENATE(A1,",",B1,",",A2,",",B2,",",A3,",",B3,",",A4,",",B4,",",A5,",",B5) and click enter to complete the task.

Empty Cell > Formula > Enter.

Move Multiple Cells into One Using Clip Board

Here we will use the concatenate formula to complete the task.

Step 1

Another method is to use the clipboard.

First, enable the clipboard pane by clicking on the arrow mark under Home.

Home > Arrow.

Step 2

Then select the range of cells you want to copy, and then use Ctrl + C to copy the cells. Then click on the cell where you want to place the data, then click on the selected data.

Select Cells > Ctrl + C > Empty Cell > Data.
