How to change all comments’ author name in Excel?

Changing All Comments' Author Name in Excel

Step 1

Select options from the File Menu. This will bring up Excel's customization window. As shown in the below screenshot.

Click the General menu on the left side of the Excel Options dialogue box, and then write a new user name into the User name text box in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office part of the dialog box. Simply select the Ok button. Please refer to the below screenshot for the same.

Now, select any cell, in the below screenshot we have selected cell A6. Right click and choose insert comment option from the dropdown list.

Step 5
