  • HCL Connections support file versioning, and it charges less for additional storage spaces compared to its competitors. They also allow you to grant permission for a file or folder's invite link.

One of the significant disadvantages of HCL Connections is its high complexity of use. Additionally, it does not offer a free trial for users to test the platform.
