What is NDA?

NDA can be expanded as National Defence Academy. It is an exam conducted by UPSC which also organizes exams for other government recruitment like IAS, IPS, CDS, CAPF, CMS, etc. The NDA exam is conducted to select candidates for the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, and Indian Army. The exam is held in the months of September and April each year. The exam includes a written test along with SSB interviews.

NDA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to go for the NDA exam have to meet certain eligibility criteria. Their age should be between 16.5 and 19.5 years. • Its duration is 5 hours out of which 2:30 hours for math and the next 2:30 hours for GAT

• Papers are conducted for Mathematics and Generate Ability Test

• Maths exam consists of 120 questions while GAT has 150 question

SSB Interview

• The interview is offline and face-to-face and group activities are held

• The duration of the interview is 5 days

• Papers include testing, psychological test, group testing officers test, personal interview, and conference

• Total marks are 900
