Prerequisites

What are the prerequisites for this course?

• Salesforce experience: While not always required, prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems may be beneficial.
• Education industry knowledge: Students should have a basic understanding of the education industry and the challenges faced by educational institutions.
• Business analysis skills: Students should have some experience with business analysis, including gathering requirements, designing processes, and analyzing data.
• No programming experience needed. Although a video talks on Table Driven Trigger Management which consist of some code.
