This course covers all the basic concepts used within Microsoft Visio.  The first section introduces the basic techniques that will assist you in engaging with the vast array of templates available in Visio.  Once you have mastered the basic steps, the course steps through some of the more common templates and explains how they work and what the differences are.  There are practise exercises after each section that should be completed before you watch the next section.  It is a good idea to try an recreate each example as you go along.
