I have worked with a range of clients in diverse industries, including banking, finance, and Insurance, to design and deliver customized training programs that improve performance and drive results.

My expertise includes instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, and managing training operations and evaluation. I have a proven track record of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each learner and organization. I am particularly skilled at leveraging technology and digital learning tools to create innovative and effective learning experiences.

In addition to my work as a Learning and Development professional, I am also committed to ongoing learning and professional development. I hold a master's in business administration and am constantly seeking out new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
