Course Description
Angela Robinson is a Family Coach, Reiki Master, EFT/TFT Master, NLP Master and Family Social Worker with over 20 years experience working with people in Trauma. Angela uses her engaging down to earth approach to cover a variety of strategies to help you become more in touch with your emotions and use them how your unconscious designed them.. that is to be happy.
Strategies include Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Grounding, Mindfulness, Flower Remedies and more so you can test out and feel what works for you before diving deeper. This course was designed and aimed at being completed by Adults or teenagers with support . The chapters are short so that learning and tasks can be completed easily without pressure. Included alongside video tutorials are activities to be completed to support learning.
