Transaction Jobs with no access to SM36 in SAP system

There are few modules which let you schedule jobs programmatically like ‘JOB_OPEN’ or ‘JOB_CLOSE’. You can use these modules to schedule the job and then run it.

You can programmatically handle it irrespective of privilege issue.
