Underscore.JS - isRegExp method



Syntax

_.isRegExp(object)

isRegExp method checks if object is a regular expression or not. See the below example −

var _ = require('underscore');

//Example 1: Check if argument passed is a date
console.log(_.isRegExp(/Sam/));

//Example 2: Check if argument passed is a date
console.log(_.isRegExp('Sam'));

Save the above program in tester.js. Run the following command to execute this program.
