Lodash - words method
Syntax
_.words([string=''], [pattern])
Splits string into an array of its words.
Arguments
[string=''] (string) − The string to inspect.
[pattern] (RegExp|string) − The pattern to match words.
Output
(Array) − Returns the words of string.
Example
var _ = require('lodash'); var result = _.words('Joe, Julie, & Robert'); console.log(result); result = _.words('Joe, Julie, & Robert', /[^, ]+/g); console.log(result);
Save the above program in tester.js. Run the following command to execute this program.
