The java.time.OffsetTime.withSecond(int second) method returns a copy of this OffsetTime with the second-of-minute altered.

Parameters

second − the second-of-minute to set in the result, from 0 to 59.

Return Value

a OffsetTime based on this date with the requested second, not null.
