The java.time.OffsetTime.plusNanos(long nanoseconds) method returns a copy of this time with the specified nanoseconds added.

Parameters

nanoseconds − the nanoseconds to add, may be negative.

Return Value

a OffsetTime based on this time with the nanoseconds added, not null.
