java.time.OffsetTime.of() Method Example



Description

The java.time.OffsetTime.of(LocalTime time, ZoneOffset offset) method obtains an instance of OffsetTime from localtime and offset.

Declaration

Following is the declaration for java.time.OffsetTime.of(LocalTime time, ZoneOffset offset) method.

public static OffsetTime of(LocalTime time, ZoneOffset offset)

Parameters

  • time − Local time

  • offset − the zone offset, not null

Return Value

the offset time, not null.
