Description

The java.time.OffsetDateTime.parse(CharSequence text) method obtains an instance of OffsetDateTime from a text string such as 2017-02-03T10:15:30+01:00.

Parameters

text − the text to parse such as "2017-02-03T10:15:30+01:00", not null.

the local date, not null.
