Steps to Create and Send the Google Form with the Pre-filled Answers

Step 1 : Head to the Link to create a new google form according to your requirement. It will be redirected to the home page and then click on the '+' as shown in the below image to create the blank form as you required or you can the templates according to your requirement.

Step 2 : Next you can enter the title of the google form as per your requirements. And also enter the questions and responses type which you want to be filled the others.

Step 3 : Now at the top right corner of the form click on the three vertical dots i.e. more option as shown in the below image. From the dropdown menu click on the 'Get pre-filled link' .

Step 4 : You will be redirected to the new form link where you need to fill the data according to your needs. After filling the data when we scroll down to the bottom of the page we see the button 'Get Link' as shown in the below image.

Step 5: Once you click on the button it will generate the link with the prefilled responses as shown in the below image.And you can send the link with the prefilled responses to others. When they open the link which you have sent the responses will be the same which have filled before and also if they feel that the information is incorrect they can edit them.
