Theme-based learning is a way of teaching and learning, whereby many areas of the curriculum are connected together and integrated within a theme.
By referring IB Chinese B (HL) Syllabus and HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) Version 2021 and Version 2009, we added more vocabulary and give the HSK classification. Within each topic, the vocabulary are arranged by HSK V2021 levels. This will give teachers a guidance for difficulty level and allow students to set priority on the vocabulary they should know to read, write or both. It will also help a lot for student to do revision.
