In future whenever you want to use your project for further modification, enhancement or for whatever reason, you can use Project --> Upload Project option to upload previously downloaded project or you can use Login --> My Projects --> Open option to open a project which previously you had saved with us.
Answer: - Yes, you can create as many sub-directories as you like to create. To start with, just right click at root directory available and it will provide you various useful options and one of them is New Directory which you can use to to create a sub-directory and by following the same process you can create many sub-directories under root directory.
You can use Delete Directory option to delete an existing directory. Please note that you can delete only an empty directory.
