Description
The java.time.ZonedDateTime.ofLocal(LocalDateTime localDateTime, ZoneId zone, ZoneOffset preferredOffset) method obtains an instance of ZonedDateTime from a local date-time using the preferred offset if possible.

Following is the declaration for java.time.ZonedDateTime.ofLocal(LocalDateTime localDateTime, ZoneId zone, ZoneOffset preferredOffset) method.
public static ZonedDateTime ofLocal(LocalDateTime localDateTime, ZoneId zone, ZoneOffset preferredOffset)
Parameters
localDateTime − the local date-time, not null.
zone − the time-zone, not null.
preferredOffset − the zone offset, null if no preference.
Return Value
the zoned date-time, not null.
