The java.time.LocalDateTime.plusNanos(long nanoseconds) method returns a copy of this date-time with the specified nanoseconds added.

Parameters
nanoseconds − the nanoseconds to add, may be negative.
Return Value
a LocalDateTime based on this date-time with the nanoseconds added, not null.

DateTimeException − if the result exceeds the supported date range.
