Solution:
Natural numbers from 102 to 113 are $102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113$
Total number of natural numbers from 102 to 113 $= 12$
Prime numbers from 102 to 113 are $103, 107, 109, 113$
Total number of prime numbers from 102 to 113 $= 4$
Therefore,
The fraction of the numbers that are prime numbers $= \frac{4}{12}$
