Why is the ceiling and wall behind the stage of good conference halls or concert halls made curved?
To make the speech audible to every person sitting in the hall, the most ceilings of the concert halls are made curved as we know that sound reflects from the curved surface and this reflected sound reaches every person even sitting in the last row.
