Why is physical abuse to children illegal?

Child abuse is a crime that encompasses a variety of behaviors involving physical, emotional, or sexual mistreatment or neglect upon a child. Abuse child can be in physical, emotional, sexual in form or neglect. Every year millions of children suffer from different type of child abuse.

Why is it illegal?

Children are the most innocent creations of God. They do not usually do mistakes because they want to or deliberately, but because they either find it fun or they have seen someone elder to them committing the same mistakes. All types of child abuse regardless of the causes; affect the child in some way. Hence, it is never a good idea to beat them or physically abuse them. One should explain to them, teach them and also be polite to them.

Warning signs: Unexplained burns, unexplained bruises, black eyes, marks around the neck, human bite marks, and broken bones or extreme behavior, delayed physical or emotional development, difficulty in walking or sitting, reports of nightmares, sudden changes in appetite, frequent absences from school etc.
