About

I have been teaching at universities for fourteen years in computers, electronics, data networking and writing. I have been told that I am very good at training and tutoring people who have difficulties understanding school subjects. I believe that is because I have a lot of patience and know how to communicate so that learners can understand the material. I am very patient and I really care about all the people I tutor or teach and try to make learning fun and interesting. I earned my bachelors in computer science. And I have my masters in Electrical Engineering and I have taught courses at DeVry University. My job at Lucent Technologies was to do technical support for our networking product. I have been teaching college students networking for 10 years and I have a COMPTIA Network+ certification. My teaching philosophy is the only dumb question is the question that is not asked. This allows students to feel free to ask any questions that might occur to them without fear or intimidation. It is expected that students will not know the material since that is why they are taking the class.
