Plotting is a fundamental aspect of data science – it allows you to visually communicate your findings and insights.
This course will teach you everything that you need to know about plotting with Python 3, using three of the major plotting libraries: Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Bokeh. All of these libraries provide sleek APIs that consume your data, before presenting a plot that’s completely customizable. You will learn how to display beautiful charts and plots in each of these libraries, as well as the different advantages each library has in displaying different types of data. The development environment installation using Anaconda is covered in this course.
Types of plots covered in this course include:
- Column charts
- Pie charts
Line and Multi-Line charts
- Scatter Plots
- Joint Plots
- Basic to intermediate Python skills
