My Name is Ozan, Business Analysis Consultant and Trainer with 20 years of work experience in business analysis. 

3 years of this experience is as a business analysis trainer. 

I have worked as IT business analyst, business analysis manager and as IT manager in banking, insurance and textile industries.

Throughout my career, I have done business analysis of many projects, especially the installation of insurance software from scratch, and the development of existing applications, or I have managed the business analysis processes with my team.

In addition to my IIBA - CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional certificate; I have Professional Scrum Master I PSM I (scrumorg), COBIT 5 Foundation Certificate (ISACA), TOGAF® 9 Enterprise Architecture (The Open Group) certificates.

During my business life, I worked with dozens of business analysts and contributed to their professional development. By closely following the development of the business analysis profession in the world and in Turkey, I ensured the continuous development of business analysis processes in the enterprises I worked for.
