About Me:

From my roots as a trained journalist, I have grown into the event industry over the past 20 years. During this time I have moved through the ranks from Conference Producer to Managing Director. I have build up entire conference divisions from scratch that continue to deliver multi-million revenues.

Having organized hundreds of events in the past, I am now running Merlien Institute together with a fantastic team of dedicated people. My experience from working with industry leaders across Europe, Asia and North America has helped me to build the business I really want - honest, fair and sustainable.

Through my coaching and training I help individuals and companies to develop their conference business and their personal skills.
