Currently, I am heading a company started by me the name cgrbrands which is a business advisory firm into Retail , ecommerce and SME business. We build each and every building block for our clients to launch their retail store or make that profitable. We work on strategy, processes, layout, team, projects, IT, CRM, Marketing, and store launch.

Before this was working till 2017 with future retail as chief of operations managing sales and operations of 56 big bazaars covering 1.9 million sq ft retail space in east zone , managing a turnover of Rs 2600 cr and 4000 employees.
Before this was working as Chief operating officer with a brand name which is a popular brand in Auto retail - Windshield experts. We were having franchise and owned chain of stores acorss India.
Before this was a Business Manager - East Up with Spencer's retail managing hypermarket, supermarket, and small stores with a turnover of Rs 750 crs. I worked in different regions over my long stint with them.
Before this was the first Business Manager of Lifestyle stores in Gurgaon, also worked for Ebony retail as Business Manager.
I was also instrumental in launching the second shoppers stop of Mumbai way back in the year 2000.
Apart from above experiences have worked in the initial years of my career in telecom , when telecom started in the country. I managed channel and corporate sales both.
