Aaron's 13 years of hands-on training and improving reliability have taught him that success with various processes that involve taking sophisticated applications and creating simplicity. Having worked for three fortune 500 companies among other manufacturing businesses in Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical Devices, Chemical / Gas, and non-profit industry. Aaron has developed processes that have impacted thousands of employees on how to improve their daily business practices. These efforts have led to facilities meeting and exceeding plans and, receiving National Awards in various process improvements. These methods have been able to deliver millions of dollars of savings back to the business through a focus on process and people.

♦ Aaron holds two Bachler of Science degrees in Agriculture System Management and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Minnesota along with a Masters of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of St. Thomas
